Kidney transplant centers · every state

Reach a transplant team today

Tap your state. You get every kidney transplant center we could find there, the hospital’s phone number, directions, and a message you can say or send. One tap to call.

Our goal: make the path from “yes, I want to donate” to a real conversation with a transplant team short and respectful, without ever cutting the medical care or the safety checks that protect donors. When people reach the right person quickly, fewer willing donors are lost and fewer kidneys go unused.

Choose your state

Darker blue means more kidney transplant centers. Striped means none in the state, and we show the nearest ones across the border.

What happens when you call

1. Ask for the right person
Say you want to become a living kidney donor and ask for the living donor coordinator or the transplant social worker. If they are not available, ask for the transplant program’s administrative office.
2. Ask what happens first
Ask whether screening can start by phone or online, how long evaluation takes, and who your independent living donor advocate will be.
3. Ask about your costs before you travel
The recipient’s insurance usually covers your medical evaluation. Ask whether tests can be done near home and visits bundled, and about help with travel and lost wages.
